Changes to operational procedures

Dear myOsteo patients,

Happy pre-holidays everyone, we hope you are fighting fit for the coming season! myOsteo has picked a busy time to make changes, however in an effort to adjust to the increasing costs of living without passing that cost on to our patients we must make some operational changes.

Beginning December 11th there will no longer be a dedicated receptionist at the front desk. Moving forward the following changes will be in effect:

- Subsequent appointments will be extended from 30 minutes to 40 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes allowed for the practitioner to process payment and rebook.

 - From 1st January 2024, the price of subsequent appointments will increase to $100 from the current $92 to reflect the new appointment length.  If you have private health insurance, you should get an increased rebate with the increased appointment time.

 - New patient appointments will remain unchanged in both time and price at $145 for the 60 minutes.

 - All practitioners will be available to book with online via our website or by using HotDoc.

We will still be contactable via our usual methods, it may just take a little longer to get back to you, we appreciate your patience in this.
